- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread a layer of Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with one slice of bread mayo-side down, adding cheese and roasted vegetables.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayo-side up, and press down gently with a spatula.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip to grill the other side.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice and serve warm.
