Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Cheese Sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour for 1-2 minutes, then gradually pour in milk and cream, whisking until thick. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
  3. Combine Chicken and Sauce. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to the cheese sauce and stir until chicken is coated. Fold in the macaroni.
