- Mash 3-4 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth with some small chunks.
- Stir in ¾ cup granulated sugar, 2 beaten eggs, and ½ cup melted butter until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1.5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
