Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Dissolve coffee powder in buttermilk and set aside.
  4. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add the buttermilk-coffee mixture and vanilla extract to the batter.
  6. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
  10. Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate chips; whisk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle ganache over cooled cake.
