Preparation Steps

  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F).
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
  6. During the last minute, brush with remaining marinade or melted butter.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
