  1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture: In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of water, and 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix in 1 pound of ground beef and shape into 16 meatballs.
  2. Bake the Meatballs: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange meatballs on a greased rack in a baking pan. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
