Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Lasagna
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in black beans, corn, and drained diced tomatoes with green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spread salsa on the bottom of a baking dish. Place two tortillas on the salsa.
- Layer half of the beef mixture, sour cream, and cheeses. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheese.
- Top with final tortillas and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
