Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Lasagna
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, and drained diced tomatoes with green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread salsa on the bottom of a baking dish. Place two tortillas on the salsa.
  5. Layer half of the beef mixture, sour cream, and cheeses. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheese.
  6. Top with final tortillas and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
