Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Crepes
  1. Grease a medium frying pan with cooking spray and place it over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, melted butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour ΒΌ cup of batter into the hot skillet, tilting to create a thin layer. Cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Flip the crepe carefully using a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds until golden-brown.
  5. Whip the cream in a stand mixer until soft peaks form, about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Spread whipped cream on one half of a crepe, add the fruit spread, fold into thirds, and serve.
