Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove steak and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers and onions over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  4. Lower the heat and add whole milk. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper jack cheese, stirring until melted and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Fold in cooked steak and elbow macaroni, mixing until well coated with sauce.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
