Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up beautifully.
  2. Toss the wings in a large bowl with baking powder, cornstarch, and your spices. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to ensure even coating.
  4. Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F). Arrange the wings on a wire rack over a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. For the hot honey sauce, combine butter, honey, sriracha, crushed red pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, and sea salt in a saucepan and cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Baste wings with the hot honey sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Serve the crispy wings on a plate, hot with a choice of dipping sauce.
