  2. Rinse rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water and a pinch of salt in a pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of cooking oil.
  4. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  5. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and roasted garlic. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until vibrant and crisp-tender.
