Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, caramel topping, and chopped Heath bars. Stir until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the gooey mixture evenly over the cake batter, covering it completely.
  5. Place the lid on the slow cooker and set it to low. Cook for about four hours without lifting the lid.
