  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao Syrup (Monin or Syruvia) Use Monin for traditional or Syruvia for sugar-free.
Fizzy Ingredients
  • 3 oz Zero Sugar Lemon-Lime Soda Any diet lemon-lime soda, like Sprite Zero.
  • 2 oz Diet Ginger Ale Can substitute regular ginger ale.
For Serving
  • Ice Cubes Nugget ice is preferred.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a hurricane glass, measure and pour ½ oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, ½ oz of coconut cream, and 1 oz of blue curaçao syrup. Stir gently until creamy and homogenous.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, ensuring it’s packed well to keep the mocktail chilled.
  3. Slowly pour 3 oz of zero sugar lemon-lime soda over the ice, followed by 2 oz of diet ginger ale.
  4. Gently stir to combine the sodas without losing their fizziness.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
