- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, green onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, egg, lime zest, and sea salt. Mix until combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-22 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a saucepan, mix honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle boil.
- In a bowl, whisk cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water. Add to the boiling sauce while whisking continuously until thickened.
- Glaze the baked meatballs with the sauce and return to the oven for 2-5 minutes to set.
- Serve over jasmine rice or alongside sautéed vegetables, garnished with extra green onions and cilantro.
