Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped fresh spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just blended.
  2. Scoop portions of the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, scraping browned bits, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, coating with sauce.
  6. Serve meatballs over pasta, rice, or zoodles and garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley.
