  4. Pour in the can of coconut milk, stirring gently to blend.
  5. Mix in fish sauce and brown sugar, bringing to a gentle simmer for about 3 minutes.
  6. Incorporate sliced red bell pepper, cooking for about 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender.
  7. Gently add peeled shrimp, cooking for 4 to 6 minutes until pink and opaque.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in fresh lime juice for brightness.
