- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped mint, dill, and oregano, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the lamb mixture into six equal portions and shape each into a patty about 4 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F. Once hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- While the burgers are grilling, prepare the tzatziki. Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Then drain excess liquid.
- Mix the cucumber with Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
- Once the burgers are done, let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve on pitas or burger rolls topped with the avocado tzatziki.
