- Mix in the cumin, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Stir for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, mix well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and mint.
- Serve warm over rice, stuffed in pita, or alongside a salad.
