  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 large Egg acts as a binder
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for searing the meatballs

Cooking Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
