Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of chicken with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 5-7 minutes until the garlic softens. Mix in parsley and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  3. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
