Step-by-Step Instructions for French Onion Rice
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In your greased baking dish, pour in 1 cup of long grain rice along with one can of French onion soup and 2 cups of beef broth. Stir the mixture well.
- Slice a couple of tablespoons of butter into small cubes and distribute them over the top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and place it into the preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for an additional 20-25 minutes.
- Once the rice is fully cooked, fluff it with a fork and let it cool slightly before serving.
