  3. Assemble Gyros: Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers and arrange in a baking dish over potato slices.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), add water to the baking dish, and bake for 1 to 1½ hours until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
