  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated.
For the Sauces
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Opt for low-sodium.
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Can substitute hoisin for a sweeter alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Brightens up the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Drizzle just before serving.
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Any neutral oil.

For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped finely.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Sprinkle for crunch.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the hot skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Toss in 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in 4 cups of shredded green cabbage, cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Mix and pour over the stir-fry.
  6. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to plates, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
