Cooking Instructions
- Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef to the hot skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Toss in 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in 4 cups of shredded green cabbage, cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a separate bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Mix and pour over the stir-fry.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer to plates, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
