  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper increase for extra heat
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt preferably Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing the grill

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval koftas, about 2-3 inches long, and place them on a plate.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Brush the grill grate with olive oil.
  4. Grill the koftas for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to prepare the garlic yogurt sauce.
  6. Serve the grilled koftas hot with the garlic yogurt sauce.
