Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
  3. Flatten half of the meatloaf mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper. Layer with slices of ham and shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Roll the meat mixture tightly around the ham and cheese filling, sealing the ends well. Place seam-side down in the loaf pan.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
