Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground sausage. Cook and crumble for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Introduce the coleslaw mix to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Sprinkle in the minced garlic and ground ginger, and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  3. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the coleslaw mix softens but still retains some crunch.
