- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground sausage. Cook and crumble for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Introduce the coleslaw mix to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Sprinkle in the minced garlic and ground ginger, and drizzle with soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the coleslaw mix softens but still retains some crunch.
- Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls. Top with diced green onions and optional sesame seeds.
