Preparation Steps

  2. Add cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, let it sit for 10 minutes, then thread onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is golden-brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving warm with lime wedges and herbs.
