- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes), drain and cool.
- Prepare shrimp by boiling until pink (2-3 minutes) or chop pre-cooked shrimp and crab.
- Dice celery, red bell pepper, and red onion. Chop parsley for garnishing.
- Make dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooled pasta, seafood, and vegetables in a largest bowl, add dressing, and toss.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled, garnished with parsley and paprika.
