Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil Water: Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium-sized pot over high heat.
  2. Add Tea and Herbs: Remove pot from heat, add black tea bags, fresh rosemary, zest of orange, and ginger slices. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove Tea Bags: Strain the tea to remove tea bags, rosemary, zest, and ginger slices.
  4. Sweeten the Tea: Stir in sugar while the tea is warm until dissolved.
  5. Add Orange Juice: Stir in the juice from the large orange.
  6. Chill the Tea: Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, pour tea over ice, and garnish with orange slices and rosemary.
