For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillet wild-caught offers a firmer texture
  • 3 tablespoons Honey can swap with maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust to spice tolerance
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce use tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic optional, be cautious not to burn it
For the Bok Choy
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy sauté quickly to keep vibrant color
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toast before sprinkling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, stir together honey, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Gently pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down into the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon over and brush with glaze, cooking another 2–3 minutes until done.
  6. While the salmon cooks, heat a separate pan, add oil, and sauté chopped bok choy and garlic for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on the bok choy just before serving.
  8. Serve the salmon warm with the glaze and sesame bok choy, possibly over jasmine rice or quinoa.
