Preparation
- In a small bowl, stir together honey, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined. Set aside.
- Gently pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillet skin-side down into the hot skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Flip the salmon over and brush with glaze, cooking another 2–3 minutes until done.
- While the salmon cooks, heat a separate pan, add oil, and sauté chopped bok choy and garlic for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on the bok choy just before serving.
- Serve the salmon warm with the glaze and sesame bok choy, possibly over jasmine rice or quinoa.
