  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese to the egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the muffins are set in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
