Ingredients
  

For the Steak Marinade
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak can substitute with flank or skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil avocado oil works as a substitute
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh for more flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme or fresh for more flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt sea salt preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Bowl Base
  • 2 cups Cooked Grains such as brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1/3 cup Kalamata Olives sliced, optional
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese crumbled, optional
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs like parsley or dill
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber squeeze excess moisture
  • 1 tablespoon Honey omit for low-sugar diets

Method
 

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Coat the sirloin steak thoroughly, then marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce
  1. Mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and honey in a separate bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Whisk the Vinaigrette
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette. Set aside.
Cook the Steak
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. In a large serving bowl, start with a base of cooked grains, layer sliced steak on top, and arrange fresh veggies and feta cheese around.
Drizzle with Tzatziki and Vinaigrette
  1. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce and vinaigrette over the bowl to enhance flavors.
