Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of unsalted butter, ½ cup of brown sugar, and ½ cup of granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
