Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread halved baby potatoes evenly on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
  4. After 20 minutes, add the sliced kielbasa to the baking sheet, brushing it with the honey garlic sauce.
  5. Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, and add to the pan after 20 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness after an additional 15-20 minutes; ensure everything is cooked through.
  7. Drizzle with reserved honey garlic sauce and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
