Nourishing Indian Overnight Oats Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats with milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey. Sprinkle in the ground cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cover the jar or bowl tightly with a lid or plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the mixture. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
  4. Top the mixture with chopped nuts and dried mango or raisins.
  5. Serve in a jar or transfer to a bowl. Drizzle more honey on top and add fresh fruit slices or spices to elevate the dish.
