Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting your boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine medium heat chili sauce, raw honey, minced garlic, and low-sodium soy sauce. Whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) about 10 minutes before baking.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Switch the oven to broil for 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization. Watch closely to prevent burning.
