Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a mixing bowl.

  4. Transfer seasoned cauliflower to a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk tahini, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  6. Once roasted, drizzle the sauce over the cauliflower.
  7. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds on top before serving.
