- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth with a few small lumps for texture.
- Pour in 1/3 cup melted butter and stir until fully combined.
- Mix in 3/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt, and fold them into the mixture until just combined.
- Gradually add 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and fold it in until no dry flour remains, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center.
