- Brush both sides of each corn tortilla with canola oil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a medium saucepan, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning. Stir in corn and black beans, warming for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the crispy tortillas from the oven. Top with about ½ cup of the warm chicken mixture and sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over each.
- Return the assembled tostadas back to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
