Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken breast fillets in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped basil for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Cook the chosen pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes, then toss with olive oil.
  4. Combine diced tomatoes, remaining minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl to make the dressing.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the tomato-basil dressing and add the grilled chicken strips.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with torn basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
