Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add butter and olive oil until shimmering. Sauté fish bites for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add lemon juice and zest, then return fish to skillet to coat in sauce.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth to make the aioli.
