Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt about 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced Kiolbassa roasted garlic smoked sausage and sauté for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Mix in the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped red bell pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  7. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and serve hot.
