- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt about 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced Kiolbassa roasted garlic smoked sausage and sauté for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Mix in the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped red bell pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and serve hot.
