- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with milk in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix ground chicken, egg, celery, garlic, green onions, Frank's RedHot Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper with the breadcrumbs.
- Shape into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While baking, melt butter and mix with Frank’s RedHot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce to make the glaze.
- For the blue cheese sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Once meatballs are done, toss in buffalo glaze and serve with blue cheese sauce.
