Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the focaccia horizontally in half.
- In a food processor, combine mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes until smooth. Spread on the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Apply a generous layer of pesto to the cut side of the top half of the focaccia.
- Layer sliced deli turkey on top of the mayo mixture, followed by prosciutto.
- Add roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella on top of the meats.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layered ingredients.
- Sprinkle fresh basil leaves and arugula on top of the mozzarella.
- Place the top half of the focaccia on the sandwich and slice into quarters.
