- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it.
- Combine ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried cranberries in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the meat mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the formed meatballs for about 10 minutes to help them retain their shape.
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and juices run clear.
- Prepare the glaze by combining cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, and optional cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
