  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey/chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Dried Cranberries
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it.
  2. Combine ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried cranberries in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Chill the formed meatballs for about 10 minutes to help them retain their shape.
  5. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and juices run clear.
  6. Prepare the glaze by combining cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, and optional cayenne pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  7. Pour the warm glaze over the baked meatballs in a mixing bowl and toss gently to coat.
