  • 4 steaks beef ribeye (1-1/2 inches thick and 8 ounces each) Look for well-marbled cuts for best flavor and tenderness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the dry rub by mixing garlic powder, paprika, thyme, oregano, kosher salt, pepper, lemon-pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Generously sprinkle the rub over both sides of the steaks, pressing it firmly into the meat.
  3. Cover the ribeye steaks with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove steaks from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before grilling to reach room temperature.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium indirect heat, about 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Move steaks to high heat, cooking for an additional 4-6 minutes until desired internal temperature is reached.
  8. Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
