Method
 

Preparation

  4. Let the chicken rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
  5. Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Simmer reserved marinade in a saucepan until thickened for glazing.
  7. Brush thickened marinade on chicken before broiling for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
