Preparation Steps
  1. Start by creating your Cherry and Strawberry Simple Syrups. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine equal parts sugar and water, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add fresh cherries or strawberries to each syrup, simmering gently for 10 minutes until infused. Remove from heat and let cool completely on the counter before using.
  2. In a large punch bowl, pour in the peach juice, pineapple orange juice, and lemonade. Stir in the Cherry Simple Syrup and Strawberry Simple Syrup until well combined.
  3. Just before your guests arrive, gently fold in the chilled lemon-lime soda to maintain the refreshing fizz, and stir lightly to combine.
  4. Fill the punch bowl with ice or an ice ring to keep the Summer Punch chilled. Arrange garnishes around the edge for visual appeal.
