Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of lukewarm milk, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of melted butter, stirring gently until well blended.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast until evenly combined.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing gently with a spatula until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm area for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. Once risen, lightly flour your countertop and roll out the dough to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Using a donut cutter, cut out donut shapes from the rolled dough and place them on parchment paper.
  7. Pour vegetable oil into a deep pot, heating it to about 170-180°C (340-360°F).

  10. Slice each cooled donut in half horizontally and spread condensed milk on the bottom half.
  11. Fill each donut with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
