Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast until well combined. In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and the egg, whisking until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a thick and sticky dough forms.
Knead the Dough
  1. Dust a clean work surface with flour and transfer the sticky dough onto it. Gradually add flour as needed while kneading the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rest the Dough
  1. Allow the dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes in a warm area. It should puff up slightly.

  1. On a floured surface, gently roll the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly from one long side and slice into 12 equal pieces.
